To regain some calm after we have been playing outside for a while and we are running high on energy, we try and sit quietly closing our eyes and listen to the sound of the sea and the birds. So far it had proven to be a difficult task, keeping our eyes shut and being still was almost impossible. But this week, everyone managed to sit quietly, doing our best to listen to natural sounds.
It has been a great success! And it's also helping us improve our attention and focus skills but also help us be more aware of our environment using different senses.
